Rev. Dr. Gad Mpoyo
Co-Founder, Accents · Organizing Pastor, Shalom International Ministry · Eastern Associate, 1001 New Worshiping Communities
Gad was born and raised in the Democratic Republic of Congo and leads Shalom International Ministry, a cross-cultural congregation of immigrants and refugees in Clarkston, Georgia. He also serves as Eastern Associate for 1001 New Worshiping Communities, focused on migration and missional leadership in the church.
Rev. Dr. Lindsay P. Armstrong
Co-Founder, Accents · Executive Director & CEO, New Church Development Commission, Inc.
Lindsay is a founding leader of Accents and Executive Director and CEO of New Church Development Commission, Inc. For more than a decade she has partnered with immigrant, intercultural, and historically underrepresented leaders, bringing over twenty years of experience building one of the PC(USA)'s largest networks for new worshiping communities.
Rev. Dr. Rafael Viana
Co-Founder, Accents · Founding Pastor, Casa Brasil Church · Co-Founder, El Camino Church
Rafael co-founded Accents after more than two decades walking alongside immigrant and intercultural communities in Brazil and the United States. He is the founding pastor of Casa Brasil Church and co-founder of El Camino Church in Metro Atlanta, and holds a Doctor of Ministry from the Evangelical Seminary of Puerto Rico.
Rev. Sam Kim
Co-Founder, Accents · Transitional Associate Presbyter, San Francisco Presbytery
Sam serves as Transitional Associate Presbyter for the San Francisco Presbytery, supporting leadership across more than 80 churches. A certified Intercultural Development Inventory administrator, he coaches individuals and communities toward deeper intercultural competency, drawing on experience as a pastor, denominational leader, and founder of Kimbop Lab.
